Dashlane - Password Manager App Reviews

I have been lookinf for an alternative to 1Password, and here it is. I have not been using it long, but Dashlane seems like an excellent app that is much more intuitive than 1Password.

Since the last upgrade, the app no longer works on my mac or iPad. I’ve had an open help ticket for almost 2 weeks. The app freezes and I have to use force-quit to exit. I have unistalled & reinstalled numerous times using instructions provided by Dashlane. HELP!!!!

Like the reviewer from March 15, I’ve used Dashlane for a long time — mostly with good results. However, about six weeks ago the app started crashing immediately after opening. Six weeks is also the length of time I’ve been waiting for their customer service department to provide me with ANY response to my many inquiries. I’m pretty much done.

This is a must have app. I use to rock with 1Password, but switched to Dashlane because the desktop app is free. Good intergration with Google Chrome extensions. It keeps capturing my password for me so i don’t have to.

Worth to use it

Have been using the Pro version for a year now. Passwords are saved seamlessly over 3+ computers (mac and PC) and 2 iphones. No problems. I have freed up gigs worth of memory in my own brain by not having to remember passwords for various accounts. I also have stored payment info so online shopping is much faster. Very satisfied.
