APP no longer works on mac or ipad

Since the last upgrade, the app no longer works on my mac or iPad. I’ve had an open help ticket for almost 2 weeks.

The app freezes and I have to use force-quit to exit. I have unistalled & reinstalled numerous times using instructions provided by Dashlane.
