Infuriating lack of response

Like the reviewer from March 15, I’ve used Dashlane for a long time — mostly with good results. However, about six weeks ago the app started crashing immediately after opening. Six weeks is also the length of time I’ve been waiting for their customer service department to provide me with ANY response to my many inquiries. I’m pretty much done.
