Dashlane...getting it’s groove back, with user intervention
Dashlane has been a good product for many months. I have a premium account and have been mostly satisfied with it. Latest rev appears to be quite finicky with what browsers it integrates with and how it chooses to work.
Currently I am working with the support staff to resolve its upgrade bungle. I will update the review after seing how attentive and helpful staff are.
Be prepared to accept curated, canned answers for the first few volleys of requested support with Dashlane (using Zendesk). I’m sure that aids their metrics for “rapid response” when dealing with paid “premium” users.
