Outstanding Customer Service
Had a hard drive crash and was unable to retrieve my passwords from the time machine backup when installing the app on my new iMac. I emailed customer support, had a response in less than 24 hours telling me in detail the steps to try to recover the data. The process didn’t work and I figured I would have to enter everything again manually, Then several days later I received an email asking if my recovery was successful. I replied stating that it didn’t. I then received another email from Dashlane in which they gave me as a courtesy, the premium plan for a short term so I could recover all my passwords and notes. I am so impressed and am very grateful for the outstanding customer support.
